Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

• Used or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

• To start a return, please email Influentialdesignsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).

• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

Refunds

• After your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.
